ABOUT THE FEDERATION
In order for Shinsei Hapkido Dan Rank to be valid the name and rank of the person claiming black belt rank must appear on this website. All valid certificates must be signed by either Joseph Lumpkin, Kwan Founder, or a board member designated by Joseph Lumpkin.

SHINSEI HAPKIDO FEDERATION ADVISORS
While the Shinsei Hapkido Federation is a fully autonomous organization, these three men serve to advise the Federation, and the Shinsei system. They are:
Mark Barlow, Second Generation Head of Aakayama Ryu Ju Jutsu, 8th dan, and state director of the United States Ju Jitsu Federation.
Chris Dewey, 6th dan Judo, 5th dan TKD, 6th dan Akayama Ryu.
George I. Petrotta ISA Director and head of Sungjado, 8th dan through World Kido.
